These terms apply to training services provided by EasyUphill Training and Consulting and to your use of this website. By booking a course or using the site, you agree to them.
Bookings and proposals
Course details and quotes are confirmed in a written proposal. A booking is confirmed once you accept the proposal in writing. We reserve the right to adjust dates or facilitators where necessary, and will always agree changes with you first.
Fees and payment
Fees are as set out in your proposal or invoice and are payable within the terms stated on the invoice. Certificates are issued on receipt of full payment. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or move a confirmed booking, please give us as much notice as possible. Cancellation terms are set out in your proposal. Sessions cancelled at short notice may be subject to a fee to cover committed costs.
Delivery and materials
We deliver training with reasonable care and skill using experienced facilitators. Course materials remain our intellectual property and are provided for the personal use of delegates.
Liability
We are responsible for delivering the services described in your proposal. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
