Information we collect
We collect the details you give us through our enquiry and booking forms, such as your name, work email, phone number and the courses you are interested in. These details are emailed to our training team and a copy is kept in our secure enquiry record so we can track and answer your request. We also collect basic technical data needed to run the website securely.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare training proposals, deliver courses you book, issue certificates and, where you have opted in, send occasional training updates. We do not sell your data.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to run the site. You can decline anything non-essential using the banner shown on your first visit, and you can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings.
Visitor statistics
We count how many times each page is viewed so we know which courses people are looking for. This counting stores nothing on your device and uses no cookie, no advertising identifier and no tracking profile. We record only the page address, whether the visit arrived from another website, and the name of that website. We do not record your IP address and the counts cannot be traced back to you.
Sharing and storage
We share your information only with the people and service providers who help us deliver our services, and only as far as needed. We keep your data no longer than necessary for the purposes described here.
